Who we are

What this site collects

Only what you type into the licence request form: your company, your name, email, country, VAT ID, number of seats and your message.

Why

To answer your request to buy a licence: to send you an invoice and, once it is paid, your licence key. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Where it goes

Your request is stored on our own server in the EU and read only by us. It is not shared with anyone, apart from the email provider we use to send and receive email.

How long we keep it

A request that does not lead to a purchase is deleted 12 months after it arrives. If you buy, your details become part of your customer record, kept while you hold a licence and for as long as accounting law requires for invoices.

No cookies or tracking

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from other websites. Our web server keeps standard access logs (address, page, time) for security and deletes them after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion at sales@ripready.org. You can also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
